We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to act as the Primary Point of Contact and leader for one of our largest Enterprise Accounts. This individual will be a true client advocate, focused on delivering a comprehensive global promotional merchandise solution to their client and customers. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting advisor relationships with key accounts, key buyers, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
  • Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with VP, Customer Success to ensure growth attainment
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions per customer needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare account status reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Act as Single Point of Contact for Account

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of Account Management experience with Fortune 500 Accounts
  • A proven track record of managing a large Enterprise Accounts, including:
  • Managing a national promotional products program with agency partners
  • Planning and executing an effective account growth plan
  • Keeping up-to-date and tracking accurate 30/60/90 day pipelines using CRM (Salesforce preferable).
  • Identifying and closing opportunities within the Enterprise Account and collaborating with internal teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Successful track record of identifying new sales channels and growing revenue
  • Developed and delivered dynamic presentations to C-level clients
  • Prepared weekly account status meetings with internal team and client stakeholders
  • Experienced working with MS Suite including advanced Excel reporting

  • Ability to forge partnerships with other cross-functional teams to leverage their subject matter expertise to solve client challenges
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while possessing excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal interpersonal communication skills, with acute attention to detail
  • Ability to create and manage documented processes and procedures and make decisions accordingly
  • Excellent problem solving and project management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • An energetic and positive attitude!
